Retention
We generally retain Submitted Content and deliverables for 90 days after delivery to support revisions and re-delivery, then delete from active systems.

Backups may persist for a limited time consistent with normal business continuity practices.
2.6 Portfolio Use (Opt-Out)
Unless you opt out, we may display portions of final deliverables in our portfolio or promotional materials (e.g., website, social media).
You may opt out at checkout or at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you opt out after publication, we will remove the content from channels we control within 10 business days. We cannot guarantee removal from third-party reposts not under our control.
